Our sessions are designed to give you the time, attention, and personalized treatment you deserve. We focus on comprehensive pelvic health care, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, education, and individualized exercise programming to help you achieve lasting change.
For clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance, we can provide a detailed superbill that may be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to determine your specific coverage.
Do you treat men's pelvic health concerns?
Yes! At Reforme, we are committed to providing quality pelvic health and wellness care to all bodies. We work with women, men, transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals in a safe, respectful, and affirming environment.
Do you only see people with pelvic health concerns?
No! While pelvic health is a core specialty at Reforme, our services extend far beyond the pelvis.
Because the pelvic floor works as part of a complex system with the core, diaphragm, hips, spine, and the rest of the body, many concerns benefit from a whole-body approach. We also provide movement assessments, Pilates-based therapeutic exercise, strength and mobility training, injury prevention, postural and breathing retraining, orthopedic care, and wellness-focused services designed to help you move and feel your best.
